In this line of work, and considering all the above disciplines equally important, product quality and food safety are our priority. To achieve this, in HIJOS DE ALBERTO DEL CERRRO we continuously control the product from its production on farms, transportation to our facilities, product treatment in the facilities, care,handling and packaging to the logistical product distribution system and finally our end customer.
The final assurance on both the quality and safety of the products we place on the market is carried out through an independent analysis conducted in accredited laboratories.
In this way, we ensure the quality and safety of our products from the field to the final destination.
And we consider that although product quality and food safety are our priority, this is always achieved through the care of the environment, the source of our product. We achieve this by combining efforts towards training, qualification, controlling the health and safety of our employees who are ultimately responsible for the development of the activities done in HIJOS DE ALBERTO DEL CERRO.
