We grow lemons year-round with the same flavor and dedication as always.

At Hijos de Alberto del Cerro we grow lemons in own farms, in addition to agreements with associated producersWe also have direct agreements with overseas producers. As a family business, we live by lemons. from planting to export, betting every day on quality, food safety and respect for the environment.

Primofiori Lemon

The Primofiori, or Fino, lemon is the most common winter variety. Medium-sized, oval-shaped, and with thin skin, it stands out for its very juicy flesh and mild acidity. It is easily stored and transported, making it an excellent option for export. It is one of the most valued for its freshness.

Verna Lemon

The Verna is the lemon of the warmer months. It has an elongated shape, thick, wrinkled skin, and a deep yellow color. It is larger than the Primofiori and contains very few seeds. Its milder flavor and heat resistance make it ideal for extending the season into spring and summer.

Eureka Lemon

Eureka is a highly productive and versatile variety. Its fruit is medium-sized, elliptical or ovoid, with thin, smooth skin. Virtually seedless, it stands out for its high juice content and intensely citrusy and aromatic flavor. It is ideal for natural juices and for culinary use, due to its intensity and juiciness.
