Quality from harvest to packaging

Recolectamos cada limón en su punto óptimo de maduración para asegurar sabor y frescura. En nuestras instalaciones, los frutos se seleccionan por calibre y aspecto con ayuda del calibrador electrónico, y descartamos cualquier pieza que no cumpla nuestros estándares.

Aplicamos controles rigurosos de inocuidad, analizando residuos, agua y superficies, tanto en limón convencional como ecológico. Seguimos el sistema APPCC y formamos de forma continua a nuestro equipo para garantizar un producto seguro, uniforme y de confianza.
